Tomorrow is race day and the weather forecast is calling for a cloudy day — but no more rain! There is plenty of moisture on the ground already. You will see evidence in the epic farm road puddles!
If you want the short version of our many notes and emails to runners and family, here it is:
→Arrive early, hydrate, stay safe, have fun.
“Early” definition: arrive on site at least 40 minutes BEFORE your race start time. So if you have a child running at 8:30am in the kids race, you should be exiting your parked car at Muscoot by 7:50am. The parking is across the street from Muscoot on race morning so you will need that extra time, especially with small kids.
Our online signup is open until 6pm on 10/21. On-site registration begins 7:10am on race morning.
Check the detailed logistics notes posted online for the races for more information, maps, annotated aerial photos, links, etc:

— 5 Miler 9:30am start: http://runthefarm.org/2023/10/run-the-farm-logistics-2023/
If the weather is chilly at the start of the 5 mile race, we recommend wearing an extra layer before the race gets underway. Then just before the start, leave your outer layer on the fence or stone wall near the start line. They will be waiting for you when you finish.
One request from our registration volunteers: The activity building where the bib pickup is located can get very crowded and loud. Once you pick up your number or your kids number, please exit the building so others can pick up their bibs efficiently.
See you at the Farm!
