Race Day Logistics
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your race time in order to ensure you have time to park, pick up your bib (and shirt if ordered), and get yourself and/or your kids ready to run. Bibs can be picked up inside the white barn near the antique red tractor.
The kids races begin at 8:30am. Runners should assemble near the starting line and wait for announcements. The first kids race heat for the 7-12 year olds will start at 8:30am sharp. Kids 6 years and under will go out 15 minutes later.
The finish line for the kids races is right next to the start area. Fans are encouraged to line the edges of the finish area and beyond into the farm roads to cheer on the kids as they hit the final stretch. All kids must be finished and clear of the course before the 5 mile race can get underway since the paths cross near the beginning.
The 5 mile race will begin at 9:30am and will proceed down the same course as the kids race for the first 0.5 mile. More detailed information about the course is available on the course map page. The 5 mile race finishes at the same place the kids race finishes.
